Items purchased on this site may be returned to us for return or exchange within 7 days from when you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items in original packaging . Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges and commission charges unless we have sent an item in error.
In case of our error,like you receive wrong product or defective product,please contact us directly at email@example.com for within 7 days after you receive your product as we exchange to correct product. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and the Reason for Return. We also allow you to exchange if you aren't completely satisfied with the purchase,please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after you receive your product with your Name, Address, Order number and the Reason for Return. We will contact you for further details.
Unison HK does not accept exchange on any merchandise that has been worn or has not been purchased on this site. Please note that the items which have passed more than 8 days after you receive cannot be accepted for exchange. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for exchange. Please note that when you put order for backordered item or special order, you have committed to that item. These orders are outside the scope of regular item and are non-exchangeable from the time the order is placed.
Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. For returns on items that were shipped using our free shipping option, you will be credited the purchase price of the item less any shipping & insurance charges we incurred to ship your order. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once the item has been received at our returns processing center.

At Unison HK quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. If you should experience the need for repair on any our jewelry item please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to reference your Name, Order Number and Repair Issue. Unison HK will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 90 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 90 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis. In case you need to ship product to us ,the shipping and insurance for the item is the responsibility of the customer.
What is the best way to care for my Jewelry?
Your jewelry is precious and does require some care and attention on a daily basis. We recommend the following tips to keep your pieces looking their best:
- - Remove all jewelry when washing your hands, putting on perfume, or applying face cream. These products may cause the metal to tarnish.
- - Do not wear jewelry in uncertain or highly active situations. Avoid wearing jewelry at the gym, at the beach, swimming in the pool, playing sports, or doing any housework or gardening. These environments may be too harsh on your jewelry and could cause irreparable dents, scratches, or even cause a diamond to fall out.
- - Avoid putting your jewelry too close to sources of intense heat such as tanning beds, x-rays, hot tubs, etc.
Every piece of Unison Jewelry has been designed and crafted to last for years. Due to natural elements such as perfumes, lotions, dust, air pollutants, and perspiration, pieces can begin to appear dull overtime. We recommend each piece should be professionally cleaned and inspected once a year for loose or chipped stones, bent prongs, or malfunctioning clasps. Periodic inspection and maintenance of each piece helps prevent costly repairs or replacements. We are happy to offer our refurbishing service, which includes cleaning, polishing, and inspection to ensure your jewelry is in its best condition. This service will be assessed on an individual basis.
